During a recent hail storm, I was worried about my roof and whether the insurance company would pay for the damage. You personally came to meet the insurance adjuster and insured that our insurance would cover the damage. At first, the insurance company only wanted to make a roof repair rather than a full roof replacement. You pursued a complete roof replacement relentlessly....ultimately successful in receiving a full roof replacement! Without hesitation, you accompanied insurance appraiser and adjuster up on the roof to ensure he was aware of the damage that had taken place. You had a keen eye for what the damage was and ensured the adjuster saw it and documented it. When the claim was approved, your Company …” Up on the Roof” did an outstanding job. You came at 7:00 in the morning and completed the job the same day. Your crew was professional, courteous and customer service oriented. They used large magnets to scour our lawn for any loose nails, metal fragments, etc. It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend your company for any roofing job and will certainly call you again should I have a need to do so. Sonny did my roof the 1st time years ago when he ran Ace roofing company because he did a great job then i thought i will find him to do my roof again.
