Our situation was the baby was due in ~2 weeks and the nursery was leaking water through the windows from rotted siding as we were moving into our (new to us) Jester neighborhood house - nightmare scenario for any expecting parents. Gabriel at PSP gave a competitive quote and committed to finishing the job before the baby's due date. When I signed, the crew started working on the project the next morning. The crews at PSP had a 2 man hardie board crew and then a 2 man painting crew. Both crews worked extremely hard every day and finished just in time before the due date. The entire time making sure they checked in with questions and concerns and even fixed some previous mistakes by other contractors (windows not installed correctly, adding roof cricket, and fixing rotted boards). Gabriel did a great job checking in almost every day and addressing any questions I had immediately. Overall we had a very good experience and felt the value and promptness exceeded expectations. We always wanted to do a carport over driveway for lots of reasons. There were a couple in the neighborhood one was under construction so I took a picture of the company sign and gave them a call. I spoke with Gabriel Perez, set up a free estimate. From start to finish Gabriel and his contractors were kind and professional. We love our addition to our house so beautiful. We needed someone to provide us exterior home repairs such as Fascia replacement. painting, siding, and staining work after the big hail we had in Round Rock TX on 9/24/2024. We collected several bids including PSP who was recommended by our good neighbor Steve. PSP proved to be the right choice for us. Not only were they less expensive than all the others their work was outstanding! Joe Jaimes the Project Manager was prompt and professional with all of our questions and quotes. His men from the siding and fascia men Adrian, Jose, and Mario were very good and professional. PSP's staining man who stained my new deck went as far as to disassemble the entire hand rail on the deck and stain both sides of the cedar railing. Painting with Paul and his crew of Mario and others were also excellent. All PSP's men like Adrian. Mario, and Paul proved that they could do the job right and really cared about following through with all the details no matter how much effort was needed! We highly recommend them with 5 STARS! PSP did a fantastic job on painting the brick on my home, giving it a fresh new look. I couldn't be happier. The work team was polite, on time, and cleaned up the workspace at the end of the day. They kept me updated on any issues that came up. I highly recommend PSP. Before & After pics attached. I also had PSP replace the shingles on my roof. They did a great job, even improving the ventilation of the roof by adding a few improvements. No mess, no fuss, just satisfaction 💯

After 26 years in the same home, we desperately needed to replace siding and windows. Our neighbors worked with Premium Siding and Painting many years ago, and recommended them to us. Gabriel was knowledgeable and responsive from the start, providing estimates, bringing samples of the windows we were interested in, and modifying the order to our specifications. He kindly kept us updated along the way; no question or adjustment was too big or too small. Our job was a big one, on a two-story home with lots of siding. Adrian and the siding team were fantastic, installing OSB sheathing, siding, and windows all around. They even went above and beyond to fix an outside window shelf that has been a problem for many years. They took such good care of everything, including wrapping up quickly on at least two separate occasions as storms came in. Miguel and the painting crew were equally excellent, paying attention to every detail. The house looks like a new house to us now; both inside and out. It has never looked nicer! It is rare in Austin to find a company you can trust, that provides excellent service and works so hard to make its customers happy. We are so glad to have found a reputable, reliable, service-oriented local company to work with, and are so happy to recommend Premium wholeheartedly.
