After we had significant hail damage (baseball size from the tornado) we called Max and had him come by and do a roof inspection. He responded the next day and confirmed the damage. We notified the insurance company. Max (plus 1 other) were here when the adjuster showed up and they went over the damage together. When the adjuster decided that only part of the roof was damaged, Max was a great help when we appealed the decision. He came out and took more pictures as evidence of the additional damage. We finally got a second adjuster and Max came back out and went over the damage with him. This time we got the whole roof approved. When we finally got the check, Premier promptly sent out Marty to explain the whole process and answer all our questions. Another great individual. The roofers showed up a week later and they did an awesome job. Great bunch of guys to work with. We are extremely happy with the job . Would definitely hire them again. Before: grey roof, After: tan roof. Huge difference.

Max Hosch was incharge of this project. They definatly got a 10 out of 10 from me. I would recommend his team from Premier Plust Storm team to anybody that need an amazing roof replacement.

If you need to get your roof inspected/Repair/Replaced for wind/hail damage I highly recommend using Premier Plus Storm Team. I worked with Jason Wiebelhaus from start to finish and he was the upmost professional and was very attentive to me and my family when we had question about the whole process. He and his team guided us with the insurance company process and when it was time for the new roof replacement they got the job done. If there were any concerns they were quick to address it and made me and my family feel like we were being take care of. Thanks again to Jason and the whole team at Premier Plus Storm Team.

The representatives Max Hosch was very helpful and explained the roofing materials. While we had several other roofers trying to get our business they all failed to follow through with our insurance. Premier Plus came through and the home and pool room roof was completed in one day. I would certainly recommend them.

Doing business with Premier Plus Storm Team was very pleasant. Jason Wiebelhaus the storm damage inspector was very knowledgeable and informative about their business and service. Everything he told me they would do they did. Michael Cullis came out to get pictures with a drone and was also very helpful in explaining damage to the roof. And Marty Roberts the GM was great in explaining the entire process of what materials they use in replacing the roof, also in scheduling the work to get done in a timely manner. The work crew was that put the roof on was great too, very efficient and job well done. Would use them again if I ever have to have a roof replaced again. But hopefully no more hail storms.
