H&A Roofing made getting our new roof so easy. After being denied by our insurance with another contractor we had given up. We decided to get an estimate on the roof with us paying out of pocket. Well here comes our hero Alicia, she went through everything thoroughly and assessed the roof. At the end of our conversation she said we had enough damage to warrant a reappraisal. Well she did it, She got it approved! Next step was to make an appointment. Literally a week later Homero and his crew where at our house installing. While I was at work, I was receiving updates and pictures of the job. The communication with this company is amazing. We have never had to file an insurance claim so all of our silly questions, Alicia was there to answer. They never left us in the dark and always had our best interest in mind. Thank you A&D Roofing!

H&A was super helpful with our roof repair. Our home insurance company was being extremely difficult. Jeff and Abel worked hard to make sure we would get a new roof since ours was severely damaged. It took 5 different inspections and they never gave up. Homero was really helpful during the day of repair and made sure everything was installed. I can’t recommend H&A enough.

Mustang Roofing went above and beyond in replacing our damaged roof after a hail storm, and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the initial presentation, which was super professional and set them apart from other companies we met with, to the completion of the project, everything was handled with the utmost care and expertise. The entire process was incredibly easy, thanks to their step-by-step guidance and transparency about how everything worked. Alicia and Homero were particularly amazing in helping us complete this project. They worked closely with our insurance company to secure the best claim possible and were fantastic communicators, always on top of their game. From start to finish, they were with us every step of the way. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the shingle removal process, but Mustang Roofing ensured those damages were promptly addressed. They didn't leave until we were 100% satisfied with the work, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. We also loved that Mustang Roofing is a locally based company with plenty of prior recommendations. Now, we are happy to add one more positive review to their name. We contacted H&A roofing after business hours and were still able to get an appointment the very next morning. Abel came out and was so friendly and helpful. He did a thorough inspection of our home and was able to tell us what the issues were immediately. He followed through with photos and explanations of each item via email right after he left. Super efficient, quick and professional. Will refer this company to anyone I know that is having roof issues!

I just had my roof done with H&A Mustang Roofing. I worked with James Foster. He is persistent and hard worker. He worked with the insurance inspector and paperwork. In the end I worked with build manager, Homero and his team. They delivered the material one night before the build day. The team showed up early in the morning at 7 am and started the project and finished it the same day. They cleaned the area well. Overall experience was nice and professional. It is just done today so will update review in future after sometime regarding labormanship that has 1 year warranty.
