Jennifer and her team were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the end result! They provided a competitive quote, completed the job right on time, with no delays (despite questionable weather), and made sure the home and surrounding area were back to their normal state when the job was complete. Empire Home Solutions did a great job on our home exterior. They replaced our roof, gutters and repaired some siding and repainted the entire house. All the work crews were professional and did a great job and did their work on time. Jennifer was very professional and helped us through the whole process. She was actually present during the work to ensure everything was good. I would highly recommend this company!

I started my siding project looking at several contractors and settled on Empire Home Solutions after comparing multiple quotes. My initial requirement was less than what the project ended up being but Jennifer listened to my idea. With the suggestions and variations in the cost provided by Jennifer it was clear long term I was better following her recommendation. The crews arrived each day on time and their attention to detail was the best I have seen compared to previous contractors that I have used. Either Jennifer or Gentry showed up daily. They introduced us to the crews, checked that the materials were delivered on time, and made sure the worksite was cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was done well and in a timely manner. I feel a sense of comfort knowing Empire Home Solutions strives to understand the consumer and works to meet or exceed expectations. Empire Home Solutions is a company that I will use again and certainly would recommend.

We used Jennifer and Empire Home Solutions to replace our fascia, soffit, roof, gutters, and downspouts. All newly installed fascia, soffit, trim, and existing siding was also painted as well. We had a great experience with Jennifer and her work crews. The entire experience from the bid process, to getting the work work completed went very well. There was excellent communication between all parties during the entire project. We would definitely use EHS's again for any other household renovations.

When I called for an estimate, they were quick and responsive. They were also quick arranging and performing the initial measurements. It took a little over three months before the windows arrived and were ready to be installed, but, that was beyond Empire's control and was due to supply chain issues and we were informed and well aware it could take 3-4 months so this is not a complaint. They called on a Wed to arrange for a Monday install, Called on a Fri to confirm and called Promptly on Mon before arrival. The were quick, efficient, quiet and clean. The windows look great. Very happy with the result. We'll have to see just how good the windows are with noise reduction and heating/cooling efficiency, but so far, everything is great.
