Peter Cervantes and his team Top Dog Roofing surpassed all expectations with helping my family and I through a difficult process to get a roof replacement through my insurance. Without any hesitation Peter insisted he wanted to cover pieces of my roof with some tarp so it wouldn’t leak during the process!! Luckily he did because it rained hard that next week. I Couldn’t brag more about the customer service and final product him and Top Dog Roofing delivered and I would recommend them to all!!

Our experience with Vance and Top Dog Roofing was excellent! Vance was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of our project and the insurance side of things as well. The job was completed quickly and professionally. The team of workers did a great job with set up and clean up and the roof looks great!!! I was impressed that things were done so quickly and hardly would have known they were here. The office team was very helpful as well and worked with our crazy summer schedule to get the job done on our timeline. We highly recommend Vance and this team if you need your roof replaced!!!

We were introduced to Top Dog when they were working on our neighbor's roof replacement. They wanted to be sure they cleaned up any debris that may have come over the fence into our backyard (very courteous). The roofing consultant, Vance, was great to work with from that initial courtesy knock all the way through to completion of our own roof replacement. He went out of his way to be present when our insurance adjuster came to inspect hail damage. He discussed all our options in detail, then quickly provided quotes and shingle color samples. He was very patient when we hit delays waiting for HOA/insurance approvals, then worked us into their schedule as soon as everything was approved. Throughout the process communication was fantastic. I always received quick responses to any questions or concerns. The roofing crew was respectful and efficient (1.5 days to completely strip and re-shingle a large roof), and they did a great job cleaning up after the work. After the job was done, Vance made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work, and even expedited a minor correction for us. Great people; great quality all around. We would happily recommend them to our local friends and neighbors in need of roofing services!

We had a huge hailstorm come through the neighborhood. Top Dog was offering free inspections and we met with Vance. Vance went on the roof and took several pictures of the damage and suggested we reach out to our insurance to file a claim. Vance met with our insurance adjuster, and they walked the roof together. Our claim was approved for a full roof replacement. Never gone through this before, Vance walked us through the process. I have to say that Vance was constantly available when I had questions or concerns. Weather played a big part in getting our project going, but once it started, they were fast! In 2 days, we had a new roof! It was messy, but Top Dog’s team cleaned everything up and fixed minor scuffs by material being tossed from the roof. They even went over to our neighbor’s house to make sure any material didn’t fall in their yard and cleaned up a few pieces. Mary the Project Manager worked with the insurance directly, I did not have to do a thing! Mary was on it! Once the project was completed Top's Dogs requested the balance owed on our claim from our insurance company. Our insurance changed the price of the material (decreased it) and resulted in a lower amount of reimbursement. Mary followed up on it and sent proof of previous emails with the approved prices. Our insurance adjuster did not know how it happened and because Mary was on it, they paid the balance owed on the claim. I hope to not go through this again… but if I did, I would use Top Dog Roofing again!! Thank you, Vance, Mary, and the rest of the Top Dog Team!!

5-STAR (Although we would give a higher rating if possible). We highly recommend Dynamite Roofing & Construction (DR&C) and our Roofing Consultant, Eric Riojas We had come challenges with our Insurance Company which caused a delay of over 1 year before our roof was replaced. Eric guided us through the entire process and he and DR&C went “above and beyond” in their efforts. Thanks to Eric and DR&C, the eventual settlement with the Insurance Company fully covered all of the damage that they initially refused to pay Customer service was outstanding. Scheduling, quality of workmanship and project management were exceptional, including quickly addressing any issues that arose. The installation crew was very efficient, on-time, and kept the workplace clean We really appreciated working with Eric Riojas on this project. He was trustworthy, proactive, promptly answered all of our questions, and followed-up on so many items. We have already recommended Eric and DR&C to our neighbors and friends.
